meta-evb-fvp-base: fix bitbake warnings
Addressed the following warning messages when building the FVP
machine configuration
1. WARNING: fvp-config.inc has a lack of whitespace around the
assignment
2. WARNING: Duplicate inclusion for mctp.inc in pldm.inc
Testing:
Before fix:
Warning messages were displayed when executing the "bitbake
obmc-phosphor-image" command.
After fix:
Warning messages are no longer displayed.
