meta-facebook: yosemite4: Add retimer support
Add logic in monitor-pldm-sensor to detect Sentinel Dome entity-manager
object paths that include a retimer, preventing them from being
misclassified as an unknown configuration.
Motivation:
Enable the monitor-pldm-sensor script for Sentinel Dome when the FRU
includes a retimer, ensuring phosphor-pid-control does not start before
the PLDM sensor objects are fully exported on D-Bus, preventing
phosphor-pid-control from unnecessarily spending time and resources on
reloading, which may prolong the time spent in fail-safe mode where fan
PWM is set to 100%.
