Device Tree Bindings for the Xilinx Zynq MPSoC Power Management

The zynqmp-power node describes the power management configurations.
It will control remote suspend/shutdown interfaces.

Required properties:
 - compatible:		Must contain:	"xlnx,zynqmp-power"
 - interrupts:		Interrupt specifier
