We don't have any customer using this chipset via USB
interface. if both mwifiex_pcie and mwifiex_usb modules
are enabled by user, sometimes mwifiex_usb wins the race
even if user wants wlan interface to be on PCIe and
USB for bluetooth. This patch solves the problem.

Currently device dump generated in the driver is retrieved
using ethtool set/get dump commands. We will get rid of
ethtool approach and use devcoredump framework.
Device dump can be trigger by
cat /debugfs/mwifiex/mlanX/device_dump
and when the dump operation is completed, data can be read by
cat /sys/class/devcoredump/devcdX/data
We have prepared following script to split device dump data
into multiple files.
[root]# cat mwifiex_split_dump_data.sh
#!/bin/bash
# usage: ./mwifiex_split_dump_data.sh dump_data
fw_dump_data=$1
mem_type="driverinfo ITCM DTCM SQRAM APU CIU ICU MAC"
for name in ${mem_type[@]}
do
sed -n "/Start dump $name/,/End dump/p" $fw_dump_data > tmp.$name.log
if [ ! -s tmp.$name.log ]
then
rm -rf tmp.$name.log
else
#Remove the describle info "Start dump" and "End dump"
sed '1d' tmp.$name.log | sed '$d' > /data/$name.log
if [ -s /data/$name.log ]
then
echo "generate /data/$name.log"
else
sed '1d' tmp.$name.log | sed '$d' > /var/$name.log
echo "generate /var/$name.log"
fi
rm -rf tmp.$name.log

done

Adds new VID/PID for the Marvell 88W8766. The kernel currently only supports
the device as PCI, but it is also available using USB. An example of a device
delivered with the 88W8766 as USB is the Globalscale Mirabox.
TX buffer size is set to driver default (2K), as we do not know the firmware
requirement.

Some of the key differences between SD8897 and older chipsets
are as follows:
a) sdio mpa_rx and mpa_tx ports have been increased from 16 to 32
b) Same is the case with read/write bitmap that one receives from
mpa_reg read
c) aggregation packet count doubled from 8 to 16
d) Most of key reg addresses are changed
e) There is a separate command or control port
f) Now command rx/tx_done have new interrupts
1. 'supports_sdio_new_mode' flag is added to handle (a) and (b).
2. (c) and (d) are taken care of by filling chip specific
information in global structurei (mwifiex_sdio_sd8897).
3. For older chipsets, port 0 was cmd port and port 1->15 were
data port. Therefore we had CTRL_PORT_MASK to differentiate
port type. Now these changes are under 'has_control_mask' flag.
