2021-01-15drm/nouveau/i2c/gk110: split out from i2c/gk104Ben Skeggs1-0/+1
No functional changes here yet. Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com>
2019-07-19drm/nouveau: fix bogus GPL-2 license headerBen Skeggs1-1/+1
The bulk SPDX addition made all these files into GPL-2.0 licensed files. However the remainder of the project is MIT-licensed, these files were simply missing the boiler plate and got caught up in the global update. 2017-07-24drm/nouveau/i2c/gf119-: add support for address-only transactionsBen Skeggs1-0/+1
Since switching the I2C-over-AUX helpers, there have been regressions on some display combinations due to us not having support for "address only" transactions. This commits enables support for them for GF119 and newer. Earlier GPUs have been reverted to a custom I2C-over-AUX algorithm. Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com>

2015-01-22drm/nouveau/i2c: namespace + nvidia gpu names (no binary change)Ben Skeggs1-4/+4
The namespace of NVKM is being changed to nvkm_ instead of nouveau_, which will be used for the DRM part of the driver. This is being done in order to make it very clear as to what part of the driver a given symbol belongs to, and as a minor step towards splitting the DRM driver out to be able to stand on its own (for virt). Because there's already a large amount of churn here anyway, this is as good a time as any to also switch to NVIDIA's device and chipset naming to ease collaboration with them. A comparison of objdump disassemblies proves no code changes. Signed-off-by: Ben Skeggs <bskeggs@redhat.com>
2015-01-22drm/nouveau: remove symlinks, move core/ to nvkm/ (no code changes)Ben Skeggs1-0/+16
The symlinks were annoying some people, and they're not used anywhere else in the kernel tree. The include directory structure has been changed so that symlinks aren't needed anymore. NVKM has been moved from core/ to nvkm/ to make it more obvious as to what the directory is for, and as some minor prep for when NVKM gets split out into its own module (virt) at a later date.
