UEFI: Don't pass boot services regions to SetVirtualAddressMap()

Ensure that we're only passing regions that are marked as being mapped at runtime. Signed-off-by: Matthew Garrett <matthew.garrett@nebula.com> Signed-off-by: Matt Fleming <matt.fleming@intel.com>
