media: docs: move uAPI book to userspace-api/media
Since 2017, there is an space reserved for userspace API, created by changeset 1d596dee3862 ("docs: Create a user-space API guide"). As the media subsystem was one of the first subsystems to use Sphinx, until this patch, we were keeping things on a separate place. Let's just use the new location, as having all uAPI altogether will likely make things easier for developers. Signed-off-by: Mauro Carvalho Chehab <mchehab+huawei@kernel.org>

-16-bit Bayer formats
-
-
-Description
-===========
-
-These four pixel formats are raw sRGB / Bayer formats with 16 bits per
-sample. Each sample is stored in a 16-bit word. Each n-pixel row contains
-n/2 green samples and n/2 blue or red samples, with alternating red and blue
-rows. Bytes are stored in memory in little endian order. They are
-conventionally described as GRGR... BGBG..., RGRG... GBGB..., etc. Below is
-an example of a small V4L2_PIX_FMT_SBGGR16 image:
