Unfortunately this board has no DM support at all. We are also way past
the deadline for driver model support for various devices on this board.

- In ARMv8 NXP Layerscape platforms we also need to make use of
  CONFIG_SYS_RELOC_GD_ENV_ADDR now, do so.
- On ENV_IS_IN_REMOTE, CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is never used, drop the define
  to 0.
- Add Kconfig entry for ENV_ADDR.
- Make ENV_ADDR / ENV_OFFSET depend on the env locations that use it.
- Add ENV_xxx_REDUND options that depend on their primary option and
  SYS_REDUNDAND_ENVIRONMENT
- On a number of PowerPC platforms, use SPL_ENV_ADDR not CONFIG_ENV_ADDR
  for the pre-main-U-Boot environment location.
- On ENV_IS_IN_SPI_FLASH, check not for CONFIG_ENV_ADDR being set but
rather it being non-zero, as it will now be zero by default.
- Rework the env_offset absolute in env/embedded.o to not use
CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET as it was the only use of ENV_OFFSET within
  ENV_IS_IN_FLASH.
- Migrate all platforms.

We have run now multiple times into size issues with the openrd
board port. To finally fix this, this patch now moves the U-Boot size
from 0x6.0000 to 0x8.0000, giving enough space for the next time.

This also changes the environment location and potentially the
MTD partitioning, but I see no better fix for now. Especially since
this board does not have an active maintainer.

Remove the superfluous CONFIG_ENV_ADDR definition. Its not needed
as CONFIG_ENV_OFFSET is also set to the same value.

With some recent changes to relevant drivers here the openrd board
(openrd_client in this case) does not fit within its size constraint.
We can however drop the slightly extended baudrate table and then the
duplication of mtdparts/mtdids in the default environment. These
defaults are set in the environment by the 'mtdparts' command and
otherwise referenced throughout the code.

This was being used by some Marvell boards to enable some file system
related features (many of which have already been moved to Kconfig).
Make the future migration of the final 2 or 3 config options easier by
expanding #define CONFIG_SYS_MVFS into the options that it enables and
remove CONFIG_SYS_MVFS.

<title>SPDX: Convert all of our single license tags to Linux Kernel style</title>

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.

In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.

This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

These macros are all defined once and never checked or used anywhere:

CONFIG_MACH_ASPENITE
CONFIG_MACH_DAVINCI_CALIMAIN

CONFIG_MACH_GOFLEXHOME
CONFIG_MACH_GONI
