This change would enhance the existing 'gpt read' command to allow (optionally) writing of the read GPT partitions to an environment variable in the UBOOT partitions layout format. This would allow users to easily change the overall partition settings by editing said variable and then using the variable in the 'gpt write' and 'gpt verify' commands. command: Remove the cmd_tbl_t typedef

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward declarations which means that header files must include the full header to access them. Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is now not useful. This requires quite a few header-file additions. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass

Up to now for MBR and GPT partitions the info field 'bootable' was set to 1 if either the partition was an EFI system partition or the bootable flag was set. Turn info field 'bootable' into a bit mask with separate bits for bootable and EFI system partition. This will allow us to identify the EFI system partition in the UEFI sub-system.
