Remove including timestamp.h in version.h

Header file version.h does not use anything from timestamp.h. Including of timestamp.h has side effect which cause recompiling object file at every make run because timestamp.h changes at every run. So remove timestamp.h from version.h and include timestamp.h in files which needs it. This change reduce recompilation time of final U-Boot binary when U-Boot source files were not changed as less source files needs to be recompiled. lpc32xx: Kconfig: switch to CONFIG_CONS_INDEX

There's nothing special or unique to the lpc32xx that requires its own config parameter for specifying the console uart index. Therefore instead of using the lpc32xx-specific CONFIG_SYS_LPC32XX_UART include parameter, use the already-available CONFIG_CONS_INDEX from Kconfig. common: Drop asm/global_data.h from common header

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. command: Remove the cmd_tbl_t typedef

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward declarations which means that header files must include the full header to access them. Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is now not useful. This requires quite a few header-file additions. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass
