BROADCOM KONA USB2 PHY

Required properties:
 - compatible: brcm,kona-usb2-phy
 - reg: offset and length of the PHY registers
 - #phy-cells: must be 0
Refer to phy/phy-bindings.txt for the generic PHY binding properties
