2009-01-07USB: m66592 and r8a66597 resource changesMagnus Damm1-6/+3
Use the more common platform_get_resource() together with index instead of depending on the resource name and platform_get_resource_by_name(). Replace the resource_len() implementation with resource_size(). 2008-07-30USB: m66592-udc: Fix up dev_set_name() badness.Paul Mundt1-1/+1
Commit 0031a06e2f07ab0d1bc98c31dbb6801f95f4bf01 converted all of the USB drivers to use dev_set_name(), though there was a typo on the m66592-udc conversion that handed off the wrong pointer (we want the struct device here obviously, not the struct usb_gadget). 2008-07-22USB: usb dev_set_name() instead of dev->bus_idKay Sievers1-1/+1
The bus_id field is going away, use the dev_set_name() function to set it properly. Signed-off-by: Kay Sievers <kay.sievers@vrfy.org> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>
2008-04-11usb gadget: fix platform driver hotplug/coldplugKay Sievers1-0/+2
Since 43cc71eed1250755986da4c0f9898f9a635cb3bf, the platform modalias is prefixed with "platform:". Add MODULE_ALIAS() to the hotpluggable usb peripheral drivers, to re-eable module auto loading. 2008-02-02USB: usb peripheral controller driver oops avoidancePatrik Sevallius1-0/+1
I'm having problem with oopses when rebooting, if I modprobe g_serial and rmmod g_serial and do a reboot I get an oops in device_shutdown(). The reason seems to be that usb_gadget_unregister_driver() doesn't do enough cleanup. With this at91_udc patch I don't get the oops. 2008-02-02USB: gadget code switches to pr_err() and friendsDavid Brownell1-24/+24
We now have pr_err(), pr_warning(), and friends ... start using them in the gadget stack instead of printk(KERN_ERR) and friends. This gives us shorter lines and somewhat increased readability. 2008-02-02USB: m66592-udc: Add support for SH7722 USBFYoshihiro Shimoda1-1/+54
Add support for SuperH SH7722 USB Function. M66592 is similar to SH7722 USBF. It can support SH7722 USBF by changing several M66592 code. 2007-10-13USB: move <linux/usb_gadget.h> to <linux/usb/gadget.h>David Brownell1-1/+1
Move <linux/usb_gadget.h> to <linux/usb/gadget.h>, reducing some of the clutter in the main include directory. Signed-off-by: David Brownell <dbrownell@users.sourceforge.net> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>
2007-07-31USB: "sparse" cleanups for usb gadgetsDavid Brownell1-1/+1
This removes complaints about the gadget stack which are generated by the currrent "sparse": it doesn't like the fact that zero is the null pointer. (Last I checked, C guarantees that's correct ...) 2007-07-20USB: m66592-udc: fixes some problemsYoshihiro Shimoda1-128/+127
This patch incorporates some updates from the review of the Renesas m66592-udc driver. Updates include: - Fix some locking bugs; and add a few sparse annotations - Don't #define __iomem ! - Lots of whitespace fixes (most of the patch by volume) - Some #include file trimmage - Other checkpatch.pl and sparse updates - Alphabetized and slightly-more-informative Kconfig - Don't use the ID which was assigned to the amd5536udc driver. - Remove pointless suspend/resume methods updating obsolete field. - Some section fixups - Fix some leak bugs - Fix byteswapping Signed-off-by: David Brownell <dbrownell@users.sourceforge.net> Signed-off-by: Yoshihiro Shimoda <shimoda.yoshihiro@renesas.com> Signed-off-by: Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh@suse.de>

2007-07-13USB: m66592-udc: peripheral controller driver for M66592Yoshihiro Shimoda1-0/+1653
I would like to submit Renesas M66592 udc driver. The M66592 is Renesas USB 2.0 peripheral controller. This controller supports USB high-speed. The driver has been tested Gadget Zero, Ethernet Gadget, File-backed Storage Gadget, and passed usbtest script.
