Split the drivers/scsi/ufs directory into 'core' and 'host' directories
under the drivers/ufs/ directory. Move shared header files into the
include/ufs/ directory. This separation makes it clear which header files
UFS drivers are allowed to include (include/ufs/*.h) and which header files
UFS drivers are not allowed to include (drivers/ufs/core/*.h).
Update the MAINTAINERS file. Add myself as a UFS reviewer.

Move the dev_get_drvdata() calls into the ufshcd_{system,runtime}_*()
functions. Remove ufshcd_runtime_idle() since it is empty. This patch does
not change any functionality.

Nowadays many vendors initialize their device parameters in their own
vendor drivers. The initialization code is almost the same as well as the
pre-defined definitions. Introduce a common device parameter initialization
function which assign the most common initial values. With this function,
we could remove those duplicated codes in vendor drivers.

ufshcd_get_pwr_dev_param defines an interface for power mode management
currently used by both ufs-qcom and ufs-hisi. Move the interface to ufs
core so every driver can take advantage of it.

Without CONFIG_OF, the of_match_node() helper does not evaluate its
argument, and the compiler warns about the unused variable:

drivers/scsi/ufs/ufs-hisi.c:673:17: error: unused variable 'dev' [-Werror=unused-variable]
Rework this code to pass the data directly, and while we're at it,
correctly handle the const pointers.

This change turns the UFS variant (SCSI_UFS_QCOM) into a UFS
a platform device.
In order to do so a few additional changes are required:
1. The ufshcd-pltfrm is no longer serves as a platform device.
Now it only serves as a group of platform APIs such as PM APIs
(runtime suspend/resume, system suspend/resume etc), parsers of
clocks, regulators and pm_levels from DT.
2. What used to be the old platform "probe" is now "only"
a pltfrm_init() routine, that does exactly the same, but only
being called by the new probe function of the UFS variant.
