2018-11-06ISDN: eicon: Remove driverOlof Johansson1-21/+0
I started looking at the history of this driver, and last time the maintainer was active on the mailing list was when discussing how to remove it. This was in 2012: https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/4F4DE175.30002@melware.de/ It looks to me like this has in practice been an orphan for quite a while. It's throwing warnings about stack size in a function that is in dire need of refactoring, and it's probably a case of "it's time to call it". 2012-02-21isdn: whitespace coding style cleanupJoe Perches1-5/+5
isdn source code uses a not-current coding style. Update the coding style used on a per-line basis so that git diff -w shows only elided blank lines at EOF. Done with emacs and some scripts and some typing. Built x86 allyesconfig. No detected change in objdump -d or size. Signed-off-by: Joe Perches <joe@perches.com>

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history, even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about 3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good infrastructure for it. Let it rip!
