Now that we've constrained the clipped source rectangle such
that it can't have negative dimensions doing the same for the
dst rectangle seems appropriate. Should at least result in
the clipped src and dst rectangles being a bit more consistent
with each other.

Limit the scaled clip to only clip at most dst_w/h pixels.
This avoids the problem with clip_scaled() not being able
to return negative values. Since new_src_w/h is now properly
bounded we can remove the clamp()s.

Instead of relying on a scale which may increase rounding errors,
clip src by doing: src * (dst - clip) / dst and rounding the result
away from 1, so the new coordinates get closer to 1. We won't need
to fix up with a magic macro afterwards, because our scaling factor
will never go to the other side of 1.
Changes since v1:
- Adjust dst immediately, else drm_rect_width/height on dst gives bogus
results.
Change since v2:
- Get rid of macros and use 64-bits math.

An overeager sed has corrupted the drm_rect_rotation_inv()
documentation. Fix it up.
Looks like it wasn't entirely correct before the sed fail
either. We were missing _rect_ from the function names, which
also explains why the sed hit these by accident.

Add DRM_MODE_ROTATE_ and DRM_MODE_REFLECT_ defines to the UAPI
as a convenience.
Ideally the DRM_ROTATE_ and DRM_REFLECT_ property ids are looked up
through the atomic API, but realizing that userspace is likely to take
shortcuts and assume that the enum values are what is sent over the
wire.
As a result these defines are provided purely as a convenience to
userspace applications.
Changes since v3:
- Switched away from past tense in comments
- Add define name change to previously mis-spelled DRM_REFLECT_X comment
- Improved the comment for the DRM_MODE_REFLECT_<axis> comment
Changes since v2:
- Changed define prefix from DRM_MODE_PROP_ to DRM_MODE_
- Fix compilation errors
- Changed comment formatting
- Deduplicated comment lines
- Clarified DRM_MODE_PROP_REFLECT_ comment
Changes since v1:
- Moved defines from drm.h to drm_mode.h
- Changed define prefix from DRM_ to DRM_MODE_PROP_
- Updated uses of the defines to the new prefix
- Removed include from drm_rect.c
- Stopped using the BIT() macro

These functions calculate the scaling factor based on the source and
destination rectangles.
There are two version of the functions, the strict ones that will
return an error if the min/max scaling factor is exceeded, and the
relaxed versions that will adjust the src/dst rectangles in order to
keep the scaling factor withing the limits.
v2: Return error instead of adjusting regions, refactor common parts
into one function, and split into strict and relaxed versions.
v3: Renamed drm_region to drm_rect, add "_rect_" to the function
names.

struct drm_rect represents a simple rectangle. The utility
functions are there to help driver writers.
v2: Moved the region stuff into its own file, made the smaller funcs
static inline, used 64bit maths in the scaled clipping function to
avoid overflows (instead it will saturate to INT_MIN or INT_MAX).
v3: Renamed drm_region to drm_rect, drm_region_clip to
drm_rect_intersect, and drm_region_subsample to drm_rect_downscale.
v4: Renamed some function parameters, improve kernel-doc comments a bit,
and actually generate documentation for drm_rect.[ch].
