2015-08-05dmaengine: Add an enum for the dmaengine alignment constraintsMaxime Ripard1-1/+1
Most drivers need to set constraints on the buffer alignment for async tx operations. However, even though it is documented, some drivers either use a defined constant that is not matching what the alignment variable expects (like DMA_BUSWIDTH_* constants) or fill the alignment in bytes instead of power of two. Add a new enum for these alignments that matches what the framework expects, and convert the drivers to it. The function d40_prep_sg takes the type enum dma_transfer_direction as second last parameter. However, the memcpy calls pass DMA_NONE which is of type enum dma_data_direction. Fix this by passing the actual transfer direction DMA_MEM_TO_MEM. This does not change the actual code flow since only the transfer direction DMA_MEM_TO_DEV and DMA_DEV_TO_MEM are actually used in the function d40_prep_sg. 2014-12-04PM: Merge the SET*_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() macrosRafael J. Wysocki1-1/+1
The SET_PM_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() and SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() macros are identical except that one of them is not empty for CONFIG_PM set, while the other one is not empty for CONFIG_PM_RUNTIME set, respectively. However, after commit b2b49ccbdd54 (PM: Kconfig: Set PM_RUNTIME if PM_SLEEP is selected) PM_RUNTIME is always set if PM is set, so one of these macros is now redundant. For this reason, replace SET_PM_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() with SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS() everywhere and redefine the SET_PM_RUNTIME_PM_OPS symbol as SET_RUNTIME_PM_OPS in case new code is starting to use the macro being removed here. Make sure to handle register context save/restore when needed from system PM callbacks. Previously we solely trusted the device to reside in in-active state while the system suspend callback were invoked, which is just too optimistic.
