Pull powerpc fixes from Michael Ellerman:
"One fix to prevent runtime allocation of 16GB pages when running in a
VM (as opposed to bare metal), because it doesn't work.
A small fix to our recently added KCOV support to exempt some more
code from being instrumented.
Plus a few minor build fixes, a small dead code removal and a
defconfig update.

This Kconfig option was removed during v4.19 development in commit
771c035372a0 ("deprecate the '__deprecated' attribute warnings entirely
and for good") so there's no point to keep it in defconfigs any longer.
FWIW defconfigs were patched with:
--------------------------->8----------------------
find . -name *_defconfig -exec sed -i '/CONFIG_ENABLE_WARN_DEPRECATED/d' {} \;
--------------------------->8----------------------

This reverts the remains of commit b9ef7d6b11c1 ("powerpc: Update
default configurations").
That commit was proceeded by a commit which added a config option to
control use of BOOTX for early debug, ie. PPC_EARLY_DEBUG_BOOTX, and
then the update of the defconfigs was intended to not change behaviour
by then enabling the new config option.
However enabling PPC_EARLY_DEBUG had other consequences, notably
causing us to register the udbg console at the end of udbg_early_init().
This means on a system which doesn't have anything that BOOTX can
use (most systems), we register the udbg console very early but the
bootx code just throws everything away, meaning early boot messages
are never printed to the console.
What we want to happen is for the udbg console to only be registered
later (from setup_arch()) once we've setup udbg_putc, and then all
early boot messages will be replayed.

In commit 539df7fcb303 ("powerpc/configs: Enable function trace by
default") we added:
CONFIG_FTRACE=y
CONFIG_FUNCTION_TRACER=y
CONFIG_FUNCTION_GRAPH_TRACER=y
To ppc64_defconfig, powernv_defconfig and pseries_defconfig.
But only CONFIG_FUNCTION_TRACER=y is required, CONFIG_FTRACE is
default y if DEBUG_KERNEL is enabled, which we have. And then
CONFIG_FUNCTION_GRAPH_TRACER is default y when CONFIG_FUNCTION_TRACER
is enabled.
The extra symbols were already removed from powernv_defconfig in
commit 9a018fb1e147 ("powerpc/config: powernv_defconfig updates").

Disable new features from recent releases, and clean out some other
unused options:
- Enable EXPERT, so we can disable some things
- Disable non-powerpc BPF decoders
- Disable TASKSTATS
- Disable unused syscalls
- Set more things to be modules
- Turn off unused network vendors
- PPC_OF_BOOT_TRAMPOLINE and FB_OF are unused on powernv
- Drop unused Radeon and Matrox GPU drivers
- IPV6 support landed in petitboot
- Bringup related command line powersave=off dropped, switch to quiet
Set CONFIG_I2C_CHARDEV=y as the module is not loaded automatically, and
without this i2cget etc. will fail in the skiroot environment.

Pull powerpc updates from Michael Ellerman:
"Notable changes:
- A fix for a bug in our page table fragment allocator, where a page
table page could be freed and reallocated for something else while
still in use, leading to memory corruption etc. The fix reuses
pt_mm in struct page (x86 only) for a powerpc only refcount.
- Fixes to our pkey support. Several are user-visible changes, but
bring us in to line with x86 behaviour and/or fix outright bugs.
Thanks to Florian Weimer for reporting many of these.
- A series to improve the hvc driver & related OPAL console code,
which have been seen to cause hardlockups at times. The hvc driver
changes in particular have been in linux-next for ~month.
- Increase our MAX_PHYSMEM_BITS to 128TB when SPARSEMEM_VMEMMAP=y.
- Remove Power8 DD1 and Power9 DD1 support, neither chip should be in
use anywhere other than as a paper weight.
- An optimised memcmp implementation using Power7-or-later VMX
instructions
- Support for barrier_nospec on some NXP CPUs.
- Support for flushing the count cache on context switch on some IBM
CPUs (controlled by firmware), as a Spectre v2 mitigation.
- A series to enhance the information we print on unhandled signals
to bring it into line with other arches, including showing the
offending VMA and dumping the instructions around the fault.

Because the allmodconfig logic just sets every symbol to M or Y, it
has the effect of always generating a 64-bit config, because
CONFIG_PPC64 becomes Y.
So to make it easier for folks to test 32-bit code, provide a phony
defconfig target that generates a 32-bit allmodconfig.
The 32-bit port has several mutually exclusive CPU types, we choose
the Book3S variants as that's what the help text in Kconfig says is
most common.

local_t for a ~4x speedup vs the current atomics-based

- Support for new device tree properties on PowerVM to describe
hotpluggable memory and devices.
- Add support for CLOCK_{REALTIME/MONOTONIC}_COARSE to the 64-bit
VDSO.
- Freescale updates from Scott: fixes for CPM GPIO and an FSL PCI
erratum workaround, plus a minor cleanup patch.

defconfig still said =m though, which meant we no longer got the
code at all. Switch the defconfig to =y.
