KVM for ia64 has been marked as broken not just once, but twice even,
and the last patch from the maintainer is now roughly 5 years old.
Time for it to rest in peace.

kbuild.h forces include of autoconf.h on the
commandline using -include - so we do not need to
include the file explicit.

asm-offsets.c will generate offset values used for assembly code
for some fileds of special structures.
