Everything uses dmaengine now, so there is no reason to
keep this around any longer. Thanks to everyone who was involved
in moving the users over to use the dmaengine APIs.

regs-serial.h only includes linux/serial_s3c.h. Include this header
directly to remove unnecessary platform dependency.

The values read from the channel map always also contain the
DMA_CH_VALID (= 1<<31) setting, which should not get written
into the register, even if this bit is unused.

The plat/regs-iis.h and plat/regs-ac97.h files in the samsung platform
are only needed by the ASoC drivers, so they can be moved into the same
directory, as one more step towards a multiplatform build.

Since mach/regs-sdi.h is used only for s3cmci.c, so this moves the
header file into the driver file, drivers/mmc/host/s3cmci.c file.

SoCs starting with the S3C2443 contain SPI controllers compatible with the
spi-s3c64xx driver and therefore need separate dma channels for rx and tx.
This patch introduces dma channel declarations for these and changes the
dma-s3c2443.c accordingly.
None of the older SoCs use the spi-dma at all. Most boards bitbang their
spi use and the spi-s3c24xx driver also does not use the dma system.

The dma controller is similar in S3C2443 and S3C2416 and has also
the same register layout with the same REQSEL-bits in the source
select.
The only small difference is the SIO channel of the S3C2443 for the
non-hsmmc controller which is not present on S3C2416/2450 and
second spi channel which is not present on the S3C2416.

This patch moves S3C2443 stuff into mach-s3c24xx/ directory
so that we can merge the s3c24 series' directories to the
just one mach-s3c24xx/ directory.
