set_irq_flags is ARM specific with custom flags which have genirq
equivalents. Convert drivers to use the genirq interfaces directly, so we
can kill off set_irq_flags. The translation of flags is as follows:
IRQF_VALID -> !IRQ_NOREQUEST
IRQF_PROBE -> !IRQ_NOPROBE
IRQF_NOAUTOEN -> IRQ_NOAUTOEN
For IRQs managed by an irqdomain, the irqdomain core code handles clearing
and setting IRQ_NOREQUEST already, so there is no need to do this in
.map() functions and we can simply remove the set_irq_flags calls. Some
users also modify IRQ_NOPROBE and this has been maintained although it
is not clear that is really needed. There appears to be a great deal of
blind copy and paste of this code.

Change interrupt numbering for sparse IRQ. We do this using
a fixed offset until we can drop irqs.h once all it's users
have been updated.
Note that this depends on the GPIO fix for the MPUIO IRQs
"gpio: omap: Fix regression for MPUIO interrupts".
Also note that this patch adds some extra irq alloc warnings
that will go away when we stop calling irq_alloc_descs
in gpio-omap.c with a follow-up patch.

This allows us to get a bit further with SPARSE_IRQ and
MULTIARCH support.
Note that we now also rename omap_irq_flags to omap_l2_irq
as that's the omap_irq_flags naming is confusing. It just
contains the interrupt number for the l2 irq.

We want to remove plat/cpu.h. To do this, let's first split
it to private soc.h to mach-omap1 and mach-omap2. We have to
keep plat/cpu.h around until the remaining drivers are fixed,
so let's include the local soc.h in plat/cpu.h and for drivers
still including plat/cpu.h.
Once the drivers are fixed not to include plat/cpu.h, we
can remove the file.
This is needed for the ARM common zImage support.

This allows us to remove cpu_is_omap calls from init_irq functions.
There should not be any need for cpu_is_omap calls as at this point.
During the timer init we only care about SoC generation, and not about
subrevisions.
The main reason for the patch is that we want to initialize only
minimal omap specific code from the init_early call.

Commit 03a9e5126147c9f92aeba4b34f62b15b625087fb
(omap1: Use asm_irq_flags for entry-macro.S) added support
for multi-omap builds with addition of the omap_irq_flags.
Commit 9f9605c2eda9679e6f63c605cbd9cbf6a9a7f3fa

simplified omap2+ entry-macro.S by moving omap_irq_flags

Patch from David Brownell
ARM genirq cleanups/updates:
- Start switching platforms to newer APIs
* use "irq_chip" name, not "irqchip"
* providing irq_chip.name
- Show irq_chip.name in /proc/interrupts, like on x86.
This update a bit more than half of the ARM code. The irq_chip.name
values were chosen to match docs (if I have them) or be otherwise
obvious ("FPGA", "CPLD", or matching the code).
