2013-04-15arm: mach-kirkwood: convert to use mvebu-mbus driverThomas Petazzoni1-91/+0
This commit migrates the mach-kirkwood platforms to use the mvebu-mbus driver and therefore removes the Kirkwood-specific addr-map code. The kirkwood_init_early() function is now responsible for initializing the mvebu-mbus driver by calling mvebu_mbus_init(). The address decoding windows are now registered in the kirkwood_setup_wins() function. It is worth noting that the four PCIe address decoding windows will ultimately no longer have to be registered here: it will be done automatically by the PCIe driver once Kirkwood has been migrated to use the upcoming mvebu PCIe driver. 2012-09-21arm: mach-kirkwood: use IOMEM() for base address definitionsThomas Petazzoni1-1/+1
We now define all virtual base address constants using IOMEM() so that those are naturally typed as void __iomem pointers, and we do the necessary adjustements in the mach-kirkwood code. Note that we introduce a few temporary additional "unsigned long" casts when calling into plat-orion functions. Those are removed by followup patches converting plat-orion functions to void __iomem pointers as well. The Marvell Kirkwood (88F6000) is a family of ARM SoCs based on a Shiva CPU core, and features a DDR2 controller, a x1 PCIe interface, a USB 2.0 interface, a SPI controller, a crypto accelerator, a TS interface, and IDMA/XOR engines, and depending on the model, also features one or two Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, two SATA II interfaces, one or two TWSI interfaces, one or two UARTs, a TDM/SLIC interface, a NAND controller, an I2S/SPDIF interface, and an SDIO interface. This patch adds supports for the Marvell DB-88F6281-BP Development Board and the RD-88F6192-NAS and the RD-88F6281 Reference Designs, enabling support for the PCIe interface, the USB interface, the ethernet interfaces, the SATA interfaces, the TWSI interfaces, the UARTs, and the NAND controller.
