With device tree kernel provides the equal support as those imx53 board
files, it's time to remove the board files and get imx53 support device
tree only.

Now, imx53 device tree kernel calls pinctrl to set up pins. The
functions used to hook up non-DT pin setup is not needed for DT boot
any more. Remove them from DT image.

As all imx53 boards booting from device tree have pinctrl set up in dts,
it's time to remove the dummy pinctrl state and build in the real imx53
pinctrl support.

There is no need for adding board related entries into dt_board_compat.
Leave only the SoC entry.
This way we do not need to patch a C file when adding dt support for
a new board.

Pull arm-soc power management changes from Arnd Bergmann:

Move irq_domain_add_legacy call from imx5*-dt.c into tzic init function
and have the tzic driver adopt irqdomain support for both DT and non-DT
boot.
Now tzic init function calls irq_alloc_descs to get irq_base and adds
a lenacy irqdomain with the irq_base, so that the mapping between tzic
irq and Linux irq number can be handled by irqdomain.

Move irq_domain_add_legacy call from imx*-dt.c into gpio driver and
have the gpio driver adopt irqdomain support for both DT and non-DT
boot.
With all imx platform code converted from static gpio irq number
computation to use run-time gpio_to_irq call, we can now use
irq_alloc_descs and irqdomain support to dynamically get irq_base
and have the mapping between gpio and irq number available without
using virtual_irq_start and MXC_GPIO_IRQ_START.

Add various functionality needed to enable a imx53 low power idle
state. This includes adding the imx53 gpc_dvfs clock and making a
common imx5_late_init function and initializing all imx53
MACHINE_STATE late_init calls to imx5_late_init.

These two branches are a dependency for the at91 device tree changes,
so we pull them in here. at91/base2+cleanup will get merged through
the arm-soc cleanup2 branch, while the irqdomain tree will be sent
by Grant before this one gets integrated.

boards the kernel starts fine using the devicetree, so add
generic boards to the dt_compat entries.

irq_domain_add_simple() was a stop-gap measure until complete irq_domain
support was complete. This patch removes the irq_domain_add_simple()
interface.
This patch also drops the explicit irq_domain initialization performed
by the mach-versatile code because the versatile interrupt controller
already has irq_domain support built into it. This was a bug that was
hanging around quietly for a while, but with the full irq_domain which
actually verifies that irq_domain ranges are available it would cause
the registration to fail and the system wouldn't boot.

conflicts later as per Arnd.

This patch moves the contents of arch/arm/mach-mx5 to arch/arm/mach-imx
and adjusts the Makefile/Kconfig entries in a way that it's possible
to compile i.MX5 together with i.MX3/6.
