1. Replace boiler plate licenses texts with the SPDX license
identifiers in Toradex Vybrid-based SoM device trees.
2. As X11 is identical to the MIT License, but with an extra sentence
that prohibits using the copyright holders' names for advertising or
promotional purposes without written permission, use MIT license instead
of X11 ('s/X11/MIT/g').
3. Replace "Toradex AG" with "Toradex" in the Copyright notice.
4. Use GPL2.0+ instead of GPL2.0, as it's used now by default for all
new DTS files.

Boards based on vf500/vf600 have duplicate memory nodes:
- One coming from the board dts file: memory@
- One coming from the vf500.dtsi/vf610m4.dtsi files.
Fix the duplication by removing the memory node from the dtsi file
and by adding 'device_type = "memory";' in the board dts.

The license text has been mangled at some point then copy pasted across
multiple files. Restore it to what it should be.
Note that this is not intended as a license change.

The NAND flash memory populated on Colibri VF61 allows faster NAND
timings than the flash memory on VF50. Additionally, due to divider
limitations, VF61 did clock the flash even slower than VF50. Assign
the NFC clock in the module specific device trees vf500-colibri.dtsi
and vf610-colibri.dtsi respectively.
This increases raw read speed on Colibri VF61 by about 20%.

GPLv2-only devicetrees make reuse difficult for software components
licensed under a different license.
The consensus is that a GPL/X11 dual-license should allow all necessary
uses, so relicense the vf*colibri* files to this combination.
CCs were acquired using:
git shortlog -sne --no-merges arch/arm/boot/dts/vf*colibri*

Add device tree node for touchscreen support on Colibri VF50. The
touchscreen functionality on VF50 uses the ADC channels of Vybrid
and some GPIOs. Also add pinctrl nodes for proper pinmux.

Add Colibri VF50 device tree files vf500-colibri.dtsi and
vf500-colibri-eval-v3.dts, in line with the Colibri VF61 device tree
files. However, to minimize dupplication we also add vf-colibri.dtsi
and vf-colibri-eval-v3.dtsi which contain the common device tree
nodes.
