Even though it translates to the same thing down to the binary level, we
should have an array of 2 number cells to describe each voltage state,
which in turns create a validation warning.
Let's fix this.

The H3 and H5 have never been converted to the new convention we want to
have for the pinctrl nodes.
Convert them.

Orange Pi Zero board has a SY8113B regulator, which is controlled via
GPIO and capable of outputing 1.1V when the PL6 GPIO is set to output 0
or 1.3V when the PL6 GPIO is set to input or output 1, and the output is
the power supply of the ARM cores in H2+ SoC.
Add the device tree node of this regulator and set the cpu's cpu-supply
property to it.

The mmc1_pins node with bias-pull-up attribute is already defined in
the sunxi-h3-h5.dtsi file. Thus, we can remove it from here.

There is only one pinctrl configuration for mmc0 and mmc1 so let's

Most of the boards use the mmc1 pins and their attributes defined in
mmc1_pins_a. Let's default to that by moving the pinctrl attributes to
the dtsi file. This makes it easier to modify device trees in the
future as there is only one place to change the pinctrl attributes.

Using the cd-inverted property is not useful when GPIOs are used as card
detects since the polarity can be specified with the usual
GPIO_ACTIVE_(HIGH|LOW) GPIO flags. It has also caused confusion for
U-Boot developers, so migrate all sunxi boards away from cd-inverted.

The original dwmac-sun8i DT bindings have some issue on how to handle
integrated PHY and was reverted in last RC of 4.13.
But now we have a solution so we need to get back that was reverted.
This patch restore all boards DT about dwmac-sun8i
This reverts partially commit fe45174b72ae ("arm: dts: sunxi: Revert EMAC changes")

Since the discussion is not settled yet for the EMAC, and that the release
in getting really close, let's revert the changes for now, and we'll
reintroduce them later.

Add node for SPI NOR flash on orange-pi-zero board. Disable this node
by default and leave it to users to enable it if their board has
SPI NOR flash chip populated.
SPI NOR flash was optional in the first production batch in Dec 2016.
In later batches flash chip was pre-populated. However there should
be quite a few boards around which do not have flash chip.

Allwinner H3 DT changes for 4.12
H3 patches for 4.12, which are mostly related to reworking the H3 DTSI to
be usable on the arm64 H5 DTSI, that shares almost everything with the H3
but the CPU cores.
We also have some new device addition (USB, mostly) that would conflict
otherwise.

Orange Pi Zero board features a USB OTG port, which has a ID pin, and
can be used to power up the board. However, even if the board is powered
via +5V pin in GPIO/expansion headers, the VBUS in the OTG port cannot
be powered up, thus it's impossible to use it in host mode with simple
OTG cables.
Add support for it in peripheral mode.
If someone really want to use it in host mode, the mode of PHY can be
switch via sysfs, then use a powered USB OTG cable or powered USB HUB to
power up external USB devices.

All dts files for the sunxi platform have been switched to the generic
pinconf bindings. As a result, the sunxi specific pinctrl macros are
no longer used.
Remove the #include entry with the following command:
sed --follow-symlinks -i -e '/pinctrl\/sun4i-a10.h/D' \
arch/arm/boot/dts/sun?i*.*
arch/arm/boot/dts/sun9i-a80.dtsi was then edited to remove the extra
empty line.
