2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Change pinctrl nodes to avoid warningMaxime Ripard1-1/+1
All our pinctrl nodes were using a node name convention with a unit-address to differentiate the different muxing options. However, since those nodes didn't have a reg property, they were generating warnings in DTC. In order to accomodate for this, convert the old nodes to the syntax we've been using for the new SoCs, including removing the letter suffix of the node labels to the bank of those pins to make things more readable. 2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Remove all useless pinctrl nodesMaxime Ripard1-9/+0
The gpio pinctrl nodes are redundant and as such useless most of the times. Since they will also generate warnings in DTC, we can simply remove most of them. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@bootlin.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org>
2018-11-28ARM: dts: sun8i: a23/a33: Remove redundant MMC pinmux tuningMaxime Ripard1-4/+0
Some boards override the MMC pin muxing settings in order to enable the pull-ups and change the drive strength to a value higher than the default. While this was needed in the earlier days, this is now the default setting for those pins, and therefore we don't need those board-specific settings anymore. 2016-12-26ARM: sunxi: Convert pinctrl nodes to generic bindingsMaxime Ripard1-3/+3
Now that we can handle the generic pinctrl bindings, convert our DT to it. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org> Reviewed-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
2016-12-26ARM: sunxi: Remove useless allwinner,pull propertyMaxime Ripard1-1/+0
The allwinner, pull property set to NO_PULL was really considered our default (and wasn't even changing the default value in the code). Remove these properties to make it obvious that we do not set anything in such a case. 2016-12-26ARM: sunxi: Remove useless allwinner, drive propertyMaxime Ripard1-1/+0
The allwinner, drive property set to 10mA was really considered as our default. Remove all those properties entirely to make that obvious. Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org> Reviewed-by: Linus Walleij <linus.walleij@linaro.org>
2016-09-21ARM: dts: sun8i: Add touchscreen node for sun8i-a23-polaroid-mid2809pxe04Hans de Goede1-0/+9
Add a node enabling the gsl3670 touchscreen controller found on sun8i-a23-polaroid-mid2809pxe04 tablets. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com> Acked-by: Chen-Yu Tsai <wens@csie.org>
2016-08-26ARM: dts: sun8i: Add dt node for esp8089 wifi chip on polaroid-mid2809Hans de Goede1-0/+42
The polaroid-mid2809 tablet has an esp8089 wifi chip, add a dt node describing it. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2016-07-18ARM: dts: sun8i: Use sun8i-reference-design-tablet for polaroid mid2809pxe04Hans de Goede1-206/+1
This results in quite a nice cleanup for this dts file. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2016-07-04ARM: dts: sun8i-a23-polaroid-mid2809pxe04: Disable ehci0Hans de Goede1-4/+0
The Polaroid mid2809pxe04 tablet uses an sdio esp8089 wifi chip, so ehci0 is not used and should be disabled. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
2016-07-04ARM: dts: sun8i-a23-polaroid-mid2809pxe04: Add full otg supportHans de Goede1-7/+23
Now that we've all the necessary bits in place we can enable full otg support on these tablets. Signed-off-by: Hans de Goede <hdegoede@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Maxime Ripard <maxime.ripard@free-electrons.com>
