The STiH418 embedded the same sensor as the STiH410.
This commit adds the corresponding node, relying on the st_thermal
driver.

The rng11 is not available on the STiH418 hence is disabled in the
stih418.dtsi

Since commit 83a86fbb5b56 ("irqchip/gic: Loudly complain about the use of IRQ_TYPE_NONE")
kernel is complaining about the IRQ_TYPE_NONE usage which shouldn't
be used.
Use IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH instead.

Add fake reg property for usb2_picophy nodes.
This allows to fix the following warning when compiling dtb

Fix dtc warnings for 'simple_bus_reg' due to leading 0s. Converted using
the following command:
perl -p -i -e 's/\@0+([0-9a-f])/\@$1/g' `find arch/arm/boot/dts -type -f -name '*.dts*'
Dropped changes to ARM, Ltd. boards LED nodes and manually fixed up some
occurrences of uppercase hex.

To enable SMP when booting via u-boot we need to specify the
newly implemented cpu-release-addr DT property for cores 2 & 3.
Cores 0 & 1 are inherited from stih407-family.dtsi.
