Adjust the VDD_ARM_CAP and VDD_SOC_CAP voltages according to Table-11 from MX6UL datasheet: http://cache.nxp.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/IMX6ULCEC.pdf (a 25mV offset is added to the minimum allowed values for safety). Since PWMs are only useful if they are actually connected to an output pin, let users enable them explicitly in their device trees where they should also set up the pin configuration. This is in sync with a recent change (commit e2675266b39b "ARM: dts: imx6qdl: disable PWMs by default") to other i.MX SoCs. i.MX6UL can be powered off by programming SNVS. When long press ON/OFF button(5 seconds), PMIC_ON_REQ pin will be set to low and external PMIC will be powered off.
