Most of the driver-specific documentation is meant to help
users of the media subsystem.
Move them to the admin-guide.
It should be noticed, however, that several of those files
are outdated and will require further work in order to make
them useful again.

This file contains both admin and development stuff. Split on
two, as they're usually read by different audiences.

All Documentation files outside the uAPI are all licensed with,
at least, GPL 2.0. So, mark them as such.
The ondes at media/uapi are at least GFDL 1.1+.

without changing at the Sphinx code.

cx231xx datasheet. Add it to the cx88 chapter.

This doc is outdated, and contains information that it is not
true anymore. Update it to reflect the changes that this
driver suffered since I started working on it.
While here, also update Gerd's name.
