2017-07-14flexible-arrays.txt: standardize document formatMauro Carvalho Chehab1-11/+14
Each text file under Documentation follows a different format. Some doesn't even have titles! Change its representation to follow the adopted standard, using ReST markups for it to be parseable by Sphinx: - use :Author: and :Updated: markups; - use proper markup for the document title; - mark the literal-blocks. 2011-04-29flex_array: flex_array_prealloc takes a number of elements, not an endEric Paris1-2/+2
Change flex_array_prealloc to take the number of elements for which space should be allocated instead of the last (inclusive) element. Users and documentation are updated accordingly. flex_arrays got introduced before they had users. When folks started using it, they ended up needing a different API than was coded up originally. This swaps over to the API that folks apparently need.
