Moving files around produced the following warnings:
Error: Cannot open file drivers/mtd/nand/raw/nand_ecc.c
Error: Cannot open file drivers/mtd/nand/raw/nand_ecc.c
Fix one by just dropping the reference because it is not relevant, the
other by using a better noun instead of a file name.

This helper is not very useful and very often people get confused:
they use nand_release() instead of nand_cleanup().
Now that all drivers have been converted to do not use nand_release()
anymore, let's remove this helper.

The wait timeouts and delays are directly extracted from the NAND
timings and ->chip_delay is only used in legacy path, so let's move it
to the nand_legacy struct to make it clear.

Those hooks have been replaced by ->exec_op(). Move them to the
nand_legacy struct.

We regularly have new NAND controller drivers that are making use of
fields/hooks that we want to get rid of but can't because of all the
legacy drivers that we might break if we do.
So, instead of removing those fields/hooks, let's move them to a
sub-struct which is clearly documented as deprecated.
We start with the ->IO_ADDR_{R,W] fields.

Let's make the raw NAND API consistent by patching all helpers to
take a nand_chip object instead of an mtd_info one.
Now is nand_release()'s turn.

The documentation for this parameter said "6 bytes" when "8 bytes" was
intended; correct it.

As part of the process of sharing more code between different NAND
based devices, we need to move all raw NAND related code to the raw/
subdirectory.

We are planning to share more code between different NAND based
devices (SPI NAND, OneNAND and raw NANDs), but before doing that
we need to move the existing include/linux/mtd/nand.h file into
include/linux/mtd/rawnand.h so we can later create a nand.h header
containing all common structure and function prototypes.
