2023-07-27staging: Explicitly include correct DT includesRob Herring14-17/+7
The DT of_device.h and of_platform.h date back to the separate of_platform_bus_type before it as merged into the regular platform bus. As part of that merge prepping Arm DT support 13 years ago, they "temporarily" include each other. They also include platform_device.h and of.h. As a result, there's a pretty much random mix of those include files used throughout the tree. In order to detangle these headers and replace the implicit includes with struct declarations, users need to explicitly include the correct includes. 2023-07-23kbuild: rust: avoid creating temporary filesMiguel Ojeda2-2/+9
`rustc` outputs by default the temporary files (i.e. the ones saved by `-Csave-temps`, such as `*.rcgu*` files) in the current working directory when `-o` and `--out-dir` are not given (even if `--emit=x=path` is given, i.e. it does not use those for temporaries). Since out-of-tree modules are compiled from the `linux` tree, `rustc` then tries to create them there, which may not be accessible. Thus pass `--out-dir` explicitly, even if it is just for the temporary files. Similarly, do so for Rust host programs too.
