ASoC: kirkwood: implement NO_PERIOD_WAKEUP support
Permit ALSA to run without hardware interrupts from the audio interface.
Instead, ALSA will use a kernel timer to decide when to check the buffer
state, resulting in a lighter workload for the CPU.
