Pull networking fixes from David Miller: 1) Need to access netdev->num_rx_queues behind an accessor in netvsc driver otherwise the build breaks with some configs, from Arnd Bergmann. 2) Add dummy xfrm_dev_event() so that build doesn't fail when CONFIG_XFRM_OFFLOAD is not set.
