[PATCH] lockdep: misc fixes in lockdep.c
- numeric string size replaced with constant in print_lock_name and
print_lockdep_cache,
- return on null pointer in print_lock_dependencies,
- one more lockdep return with 0 with unlocking fix in mark_lock.
