bcachefs: Delete incorrect BTREE_ID_NR assertion
for forwards compat we now explicitly allow mounting and using filesystems with unknown btrees, and we have to walk them for fsck. Signed-off-by: Kent Overstreet <kent.overstreet@linux.dev>
