drm/amdgpu: Don't resume IOMMU after incomplete init
Check kfd->init_complete in kgd2kfd_iommu_resume, consistent with other kgd2kfd calls. This should fix IOMMU errors on resume from suspend when KFD IOMMU initialization failed.
