video: fbdev: gbefb: add COMPILE_TEST support
Add COMPILE_TEST support to gbefb driver for better compile
testing coverage.
While at it convert bogus udelay() calls to mdelay() (needed to
build driver on ARM) and remove dead x86 specific code.
