USB: serial: fix invalid user-pointer checks
Drop invalid user-pointer checks from ioctl handlers. A NULL-pointer can be valid in user space and copy_to_user() takes care of sanity checking. Signed-off-by: Johan Hovold <johan@kernel.org>
