scsi: pm8001: Remove unnecessary OOM message
Fixes scripts/checkpatch.pl warning: WARNING: Possible unnecessary 'out of memory' message Remove it can help us save a bit of memory. Also change the return error code from "-1" to "-ENOMEM".
