ds2781_battery: Use DS2781_PARAM_EEPROM_SIZE and DS2781_USER_EEPROM_SIZE
Since we have defined DS2781_PARAM_EEPROM_SIZE and
DS2781_USER_EEPROM_SIZE, use them to simplify the code.
