Pull MMC updates from Chris Ball: "Core: - Add DT properties for card detection (broken-cd, cd-gpios, non-removable) - Don't poll non-removable devices - Fixup/rework eMMC sleep mode/"power off notify" feature - Support eMMC background operations (BKOPS).
