HID: alps: a few cleanups
Remove an unnecessary codes.
Change input_ivent() function to appropriate function.
Add the device ID of "HID_DEVICE_ID_ALPS_U1_DUAL".
[jkosina@suse.cz: removed unnecessary bitshifts of values passed
