ARM: S3C64XX: Squash SDHCI setup into one file
Squash the SDHCI setup for both the S3C6400 and S3C6410 into one file and make the S3C6410 case use the S3C6400 code. Signed-off-by: Ben Dooks <ben-linux@fluff.org>
