Pull cifs fixes from Steve French:
- multichannel fixes, addressing additional reconnect and DFS scenarios
- reenabling fscache support (indexing rewrite, metadata caching e.g.)
- send additional version information during NTLMSSP negotiate to
improve debugging

- fix for a memory leak for stable
