MIPS: KVM: Convert headers to kernel sized types
Convert the MIPS kvm_host.h structs, function declaration prototypes and
associated definition prototypes to use standard kernel sized types
(e.g. u32) instead of inttypes.h style ones (e.g. uint32_t).
