PM / Sleep: Update freezer documentation
This patch:
* Substitutes some obsolete references to kernel/power/process.c by
kernel/freezer.c.
* Mentions kernel/freezer.c as being part of the "freezer" code along
with the rest of the files.
* Fixes a trivial typo.
