Merge tag 'media/v4.20-3' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/mchehab/linux-media
Pull media fixes from Mauro Carvalho Chehab:
- add a missing include at v4l2-controls uAPI header
- minor kAPI update for the request API
