.B mcpu-readelf
is a read-only inspector for LibMCPU MELF ABI-v1, ABI-v2 and ABI-v3 files.  It
displays headers, sections, symbols, RELA relocations, dynamic dependency
metadata and MCPU-specific target/lifecycle records without modifying input.
