From c45ce4b5774498ae919f6219c751e824a7196e2b Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Hendrik Brueckner Date: Fri, 9 Jan 2009 12:14:58 +0100 Subject: [S390] hvc_iucv: Limit rate of outgoing IUCV messages This patch introduces a send buffer to limit outgoing IUCV messages up to a maximum of 25 IUCV messages per second. If no communication path to a IUCV HVC terminal exist, any data written to the terminal is discarded.
