2021-11-13perf test: Rename struct test to test_suiteIan Rogers1-1/+1
This is to align with kunit's terminology. 2021-11-13perf test: Move each test suite struct to its testIan Rogers1-1/+1
Rather than export test functions, export the test struct. Rename with a suite__ prefix to avoid name collisions. Committer notes: Its '&suite__vectors_page', not '&suite__vectors_pages', noticed when cross building to arm (32-bit). 2021-11-13perf test: Make each test/suite its own struct.Ian Rogers1-8/+3
By switching to an array of pointers to tests (later to be suites) the definition of the tests can be moved to the file containing the tests. Committer notes: It's "&vectors_page", not "&vectors_pages", noticed when cross building to 32-bit ARM. Also the DEFINE_SUITE(vectors_page) should be done where its function is implemented, in tools/perf/arch/arm/tests/vectors-page.c, so that we can make it static, as we don't have anymore its declaration in tests.h. 2018-03-16perf tools arm64: Add libdw DWARF post unwind support for ARM64Kim Phillips1-0/+16
Based on prior work: https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/5/6/395 and on how other arches add libdw unwind support. Includes support for running the unwind test, e.g., on a system with only elfutils' libdw 0.170, the test now runs, and successfully: $ ./perf test unwind 56: Test dwarf unwind : Ok Originally-by: Jean Pihet <jean.pihet@linaro.org> Reported-by: Christian Hansen <chansen3@cisco.com> Signed-off-by: Kim Phillips <kim.phillips@arm.com> Cc: Alexander Shishkin <alexander.shishkin@linux.intel.com> Cc: Jiri Olsa <jolsa@redhat.com> Cc: Namhyung Kim <namhyung@kernel.org> Cc: Peter Zijlstra <peterz@infradead.org> Link: http://lkml.kernel.org/r/20180308211030.4ee4a0d6ff6dc5cda1b567d4@arm.com Signed-off-by: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo <acme@redhat.com>
